We're working non-stop on the Beta, and we're getting closer to the finish line!
The last bricks are being assembled and you'll soon be able to collect all your Kickstarter rewards and play with your friends.
But we want to make sure that the Beta will be as stable as possible and with a low bug count. That's why we're organizing a private pre-beta: for one week, all backers will be able to try the Beta without limits to hunt for bugs and give us your first impressions. Note that everything you do during the pre-beta will be deleted for the launch: this pre-beta is only for testing so no information will be kept.
Calendar
Here is when and how the events will take place:
- Friday, December 17: opening of the pre-beta. We will send a link to all backers and you can start exploring. A form will be available to report bugs, and special channels will be created on our Discord server.
- Friday, December 24: closing of the pre-beta. Thanks to you, we were able to collect bugs and start fixing them.
- Depending on the amount of work left, we will adjust the launch of the Beta, but it should be in January. We are aiming for January 15 for the official launch of the open beta.
Why a pre-beta?
Like many people, you probably are waiting until you can invite your friends and start playing. We are well aware of this. Even though we have done a lot of testing on our side, the beta comes with a lot of new features (including a brand new site), and we need to test with more people that everything goes well. Thanks to this pre-beta, we will be able to fix the most serious bugs before opening to everyone, and put all the chances on our side so that everything goes well.

If you have an Early Access pledge (€30+), feel free to join our Discord server and connect your Let's Role and Discord accounts using the Alpha.
