How to roll dice?

From the Chat

You can throw dice in the Chat dock by writing those commands:

1. Prefix your roll with /roll or /r so that it is visible to everyone.

2. Prefix your roll with /gmroll or /gr so that it is visible only to you and the GM.

3. Prefix your roll with /gmonlyroll or /gor so that it is visible only to the GM.

For example, type /roll 8d6 + 5 in the chat, then press "Enter" to roll the dice

From the shortcut bar

Simply click on the dice roll shortcut box (surrounded by a red line).

It's up to you to place these rolls as shortcuts.

From a character sheet or craft window

A die icon or any other icon, an attribute or skill label, the numerical value of a characteristic are likely to trigger a die roll.

Usually, what triggers this roll changes colour when your mouse cursor hovers over it (and changes color); but not always!

An item that changes colour when the mouse cursor is hovered over may well be simply clickable and trigger a completely different action than a die roll.
