I would like to be reimbursed for part or all of my order, what should I do?

If there is a problem with one of your orders, it is possible to get a refund under certain conditions.

To do this, go to the contact page of the site, and send us a message indicating the problem.

If you contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and your purchase does not contain downloadable content, we will refund all or part of your order. Beyond this period, we will decide on a case by case basis.
